All Ear to Ear products are made to order. We do not keep pre made inventory - when we receive your order, we will make your request. This allows us to offer a huge range of designs and size options!

We aim to package and ship your order within 5 working days. If there is any unexpected delays we will notify you via email. If you have an account with us, you can also view this in your messages. 

You should receive a confirmation email once you place an order - this will contain your order details. If you do not receive your email, please check your spam/junk inbox. You will receive another email once your order has been shipped!
