FAQ'S

Once you've placed your order and upon successful payment completion you will be sent to an order confirmation page, which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you, but it could take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox, if you do not see your email please check your junk mail box. Once we have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you.

If you have an item missing from your parcel, please contact our customer service team customerservice@eartoear.net

If your delivery requires a tracking number, your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as you items are dispatched.
